We are reaching out to update our clients on our operations amidst the developing Coronavirus outbreak. On March 23, Washington State Governor Jay Inslee issued an order requiring residents of Washington State to ‘Stay at home’.
We wish to assure you that Priority One Nutritional Supplements has been deemed an essential service by the Washington State Department of Agriculture as well as the Homeland Security emergency readiness programs.
We want you to know at Priority One we will continue to consistently serve you with high-quality safe products monitored by our strict GMP protocols. Our team is fully operational and ready to answer any questions you may have.
In order to ensure you, our valued customers, have a safe continuous supply of products, we will maintain our outstanding adherence to cGMP’s along with implementing the following additional steps:
1. We have transitioned our available staff to remote locations and equipped our teams with the appropriate resources to continue to provide uninterrupted service.
2. Implemented appropriate social distancing for staff in all of our facilities.
3. We have always maintained a strict visitor policy, but have restricted all visitors at this time.
4. Reemphasized our high standards of quality control with our amazing team and implemented additional coaching to assure their safety and yours.
These steps are in addition to our highly successful Environmental Testing Program . This program has been in place for the past ten years and has allowed us to monitor the effectiveness of our sanitation program throughout our facilities.
As for the availability of our Immunity Support Products, we are prioritizing as needed, with direct to clients like you as our primary focus. We are closely monitoring our MAP policies online so that your valued clients are not affected by third party marketers and pricing. If you are unable to find your preferred products with your distributor, please contact us directly.
